During the April 15, 2021, Congressional Hearing on Reopening America from COVID-19, Representative Scalise starts the hearing with some very powerful opening statements: “Dr. Fauci, the question I get asked the most these days, is pretty simple; “If I got the vaccine, why can’t I resume my normal activities, why can’t my children go back to school, and why can’t I go to a restaurant with my friends again?” Neither the CDC, nor NIH, nor the White House have provided a satisfactory or consistent answer to that question. In the absence of logical guidance, Americans have done what American’s do better than anyone in the world. They’ve taken the initiative to safely get back to their everyday lives as fast as they can.”

If you’re anything like me, prior to any major, potentially life altering decision you seek as much information possible to best adjudicate the risks vs rewards. Americans like to exclaim “my body my choice”, and while I fully echo that sentiment, I wonder how well equipped we are to handle some of the most precarious medical dilemmas. I embarked in my research concerning the various experimental, prophylactic pharmaceuticals currently available, in the hopes of finding clear concise delineations between risks, efficacy, and benefits concerning each of them vs taking none at all. Much to my chagrin, the tremendous opacity I faced, rendered me far more questions than answers! Since I lack the answers, I hoped to lay out for you, I will instead share a fraction of the questions that plague me. For the purposes of this article my focus will adhere to the three covid related injections currently offered in the United States.

Bruce Jenner, known as Caitlyn Jenner since 2014 (1), is considering running for Governor (2) of California in the upcoming election, due to the Gavin Newsom Recall (3). In a 2015 20/20 interview with Diane Sawyer, Jenner revealed that he is a coservative in the realm of politics and that he has considered himself a Republican his entire life. (4) When Jenner spoke up about his struggle (5) with Gender Dysphoria (6), he was immediately made into this sort of icon for the LGBTQ+ community. With that high status came much scrutiny when it came to political ideals, seeing as that is all this country can seem to focus on in the past 7 years.

Biden As of April 9th, 2021, President Biden has signed an executive order creating a commission to study the issue of expanding the United States Supreme Court,(1) bringing to the forefront an issue that has remained largely unpopular amongst the general public since the issue was last polled in October of 2020, in the middle of Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s Supreme Court confirmation hearing.(2) Furthermore, the current number of Justices on the Supreme Court has not been changed for more than one hundred and fifty years.(3) However, within the first one hundred years of America’s inception as a nation, it has been subjected to changes.(4)

Good Ol’ Dominion voting. What are they up to now? Well let’s see; Fox News is being sued for defamation by Dominion for $1.6 billion dollars after some in the company pushed the so-called ‘conspiracy theory’ that Dominion rigged the 2020 presidential election, naming Lou Dobbs, Maria Bartiromo, and Jeanine Pirro as defendants.(1) Sadly, Fox News has pulled back from many of these claims as a result as far back as December of 2020, and they are not alone in that move. Newsmax has also pulled any content referring to the 2020 election as being a stolen election,(2) as has One America News Network (OANN).(3) They are also suing attorney Sidney Powell,(4) and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani for $1.3 billion each,(5) MyPillow founder and CEO Mike Lindell, who is also launching a new social media platform called Frank,(6) for an additional $1.3 billion, and threatening to go after anyone else who seeks to spread these ‘conspiracy theories.’(7)

The phrase “Innocent, until proven guilty” has slowly turned into “Guilty, until proven innocent” in this modern world of media and social media. People do not wait for the justice system to do their duty. Their first reaction is to scream “GUILTY!”, rise up in arms and call for blood. This reaction comes from both sides of the aisle and it is the type of reaction that is killing our society.

Vice President Kamala Harris is a skilled political operator. Now why would one say that? Well, a quick dive into the political career of the first Asian American, and woman Vice President will shed some light on her political prowess. First of all, does the name of Willie Brown sound familiar? In California Democratic circles, this man is a political legend who served in the California state assembly for thirty years, serving as speaker of the California State Assembly for fifteen years, upon his retirement, he was elected Mayor of San Francisco, and from 1994 to 1995 the 60 year old Brown was in a public relationship with a then 29 year old Kamala Harris, and when she ran for San Francisco District Attorney in 2003, he supported her.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

A quick recap of the recent successes of the Biden Administration's foreign policy is in order. First, after President Biden, in an interview with former Clinton White House Communications Director George Stephanopoulos on ABC, called Russian President Vladimir Putin a ‘killer.’ How did Putin respond? He challenged the American President to a live discussion, saying ‘I want to propose to President Biden to continue our discussion, but on the condition that we do it basically live, as it’s called.
